The Meaning Behind Everwyn

Everwyn was built on a simple belief: exceptional vacations begin with thoughtful planning and genuine care.

The name Everwyn reflects the heart of that philosophy. "Ever" speaks to lasting memories, meaningful relationships, and experiences that stay with you long after you've returned home. "Wyn," inspired by the Welsh word associated with joy and blessing, represents the happiness and confidence that travel can bring.

Together, Everwyn represents travel that's intentional, personal, and designed to create memories that last a lifetime.

The Everwyn Way

At Everwyn Travel, no two vacations begin the same way because no two travelers are the same.

Every itinerary starts with listening. I take time to understand your travel style, priorities, budget, and the experiences that matter most before making a single recommendation. Thoughtful planning isn't just what I do. It's how I believe exceptional travel should be planned.

Hi, I’m Stephanie.

Long before I became a travel advisor, I spent a decade as an educator, where I had the privilege of teaching and supporting students with a wide range of learning needs, including many children with autism. Those experiences shaped the way I see the world and, more importantly, the way I care for people. I learned that every individual has different strengths, different needs, and a different path to success. The best support always begins with listening.

When I founded Everwyn Travel, I built the agency around that same philosophy. I don't believe in cookie cutter vacations because I don't believe there are cookie cutter travelers. Every family, every couple, and every adventure is unique. My favorite part of this work is getting to know the people behind the vacation, then thoughtfully piecing together every recommendation until it feels like the perfect fit. From choosing the right destination and resort to planning the smallest details, every itinerary is designed with intention, care, and your priorities at the center.

As I built Everwyn, I recognized a significant gap in the travel industry for families navigating autism and other special needs. Too many families were left searching for answers on their own, wondering whether travel could truly feel enjoyable and manageable. I knew there had to be a better way.

That realization led me to become a certified autism and special needs travel specialist, allowing me to combine my background in education with my passion for travel. Today, I provide families with resources that extend far beyond booking a vacation, including social stories, visual schedules, AAC communication supports, sensory friendly recommendations, quiet space guides, and personalized planning strategies designed to help make travel feel more accessible and less overwhelming. I believe every family deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of traveling together, and with the right support, travel is possible for everyone.

Whether I'm planning a Walt Disney World vacation, a luxury cruise, an all inclusive resort stay, a European adventure, or a weekend getaway, my purpose remains the same: to listen well, advocate for my clients, anticipate the details others might overlook, and create vacations that feel effortless from beginning to end.

When I'm not planning vacations, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our son, Colin, reading a good book, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, or dreaming about our family's next adventure.

I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to help you plan something wonderful!
